Bueno.. pues mi aventura en el .org ha llegado a su fin... Y puede que el Javelin también, si se deciden a hacerme daño... ya que tienen el avión. Después de mandarles este mail a sus moderadores:

I don't know if this is Nicolas who is reading. What I want to say, is maybe you don't know (if you are not Nicolas of course) Finally we didn't have a deal between us, and no problem. There was a missunderstood between us. He though I wanted to sell the plane for 10$, and I never said that (have mail prove, If you like to see them.. I can send to you). So finally he decided not to sell it. I never rised the price because allways though of 20$. Quality enogh to sell that price! or more!!!

What I want to ask you for is delete the files of the Javelin to all the members that the plane was share with. Or pay it for 15€. If you not do so, you have pirate copies, and you are just having fun or studing a product that cost more than 4 months of development, and maybe ruin a future work for the x-plane comunity.

If you like it, buy it please. Go to this page http://www.jrollon.com and download the plane with the last update.

of course x-plane.org has not the right to use any of the content of the Javelin, cannot share it, cannot sell it and of course no body of its members can fly it if they haven´t paid it.

I would like to sell on the store. But Nicolas, or all of you didn't want to. I was not the person who said no. A shame. Is it just business.

Han decidido fulminantemente borrar mi post del Javelin. Así sin más. Mordiendome la lengua (o mejor dicho los dedos de ira, sabiendo que habia pasado) puse un post diciendo simplemente (donde está mi post del Javelin? Movido? no lo veo.. Se ha borrado?) lo mando y me suelta que "un moderador verá su mensaje antes de ser publicado (borrado más bien).

Total.. que he ido a donde las dos texan.. he hecho unas modificaciones en el avión.. que me parecían mejores.. les he mandado un mail diciendo textualmente que ya sabía que tipo de personas eran.. y que no quería participar más en una comunidad regida por dictadores.

alla cada uno con lo que haga allí. Yo me las ingeniaré para pillarme las cosas de otro sitio. De ese estercolero (con el 99% de la gente majísima, pero regida por un impresentable.. que le debe haber jodido mi proyecto y no se porque..) no quiero saber nada
Me quedo en el .es y con la gente buena que he hecho contactos.

Espero qeu el Javelin no lo saquen copiándolo a todo el mundo, por que además de a mi harían daño a mucha getne. A parte de que ese foro era tambien un medio para arreglar sus posibles dudas o fallos.

Me gustaría que os quejárais.. Muchísimo.. pero se que aquí cada uno se recoge a lo suyo. No se que mentiras dirán. Lo que se es que tengo los mails para probar lo que se habló con Nícolas. Los he vuelto a leer por si se me escapó algo y lo único que puedo decir.. es que algo les jodía del Javelin. No se.

Distribuir el Javelin sería muy rastrero... aunque ya cualquier cosa te puedes esperar de ésta gente.

Una posible solución para los que tenemos varias cuentas de correo y con la IP variable, sería darse de baja y si interesa, posteriormente nueva alta, que opinais los mas expertos Huh?

Sí, pero por ejemplo yo, que sólo utilizo la cuenta del org para descargar cosas y nunca he puesto ni un mensaje... pues no iba a tener mucha repercusión.

Darte de baja y de alta se la va a suda. asi de claro. Lo que hay que hacer es enviarles correo pidiendo explicaciones. Yo estoy escribiendolo ahora mismo. Es increible que el javelin y toda referencia ha desaparecido por completo. el javelin NUNCA ha existido...me parece indignante.

Yo ya hace mucho que no me paso por el .org, y visto lo visto, parace lo mejor. Has hecho bien Japo. Si ellos mismos se niegan al desarrollo de X-Plane con un avión como el Javelin..pues no tengo palabras para describir a esta gente.

Francamente no entiendo nada de nada. La verdad que me podrían salir los insultos a borbotones y no lo he hecho. Yo lo que más lo siento son por los que me lo han comprado desde alli, y quizá quieran soporte, por que les pueda pasar alguna cosa. Siempre tienen mi mail que espero que usen.. pero la imagen queda destrozada. "mira al tio ese.. se pilla las pelas y se larga". Y me jode por todos los que quizá podrían disfrutar de este avión.
No entiendo nada.
Mirad.. quiero publicar las cartas entre el susodicho y yo para que juzgueis vosotros mismos:

el primer mail de contacto no lo tengo (no lo encuentro)... pero le preguntaba si era un 25% lo que se llevaba de comision.. y que mi idea era venderlo por 20$. El había visto ya el video en teoría pero no tenía nada de nada:

Well.. after 3 months of hard work, the Javelin is on version 1.0
As we talk before, I was thinking publishing it on x-plane.org for sale.. but first the instructions and the download links:

This is the main files for the Javelin 123 MB. Is a Zip file that you can decompress in any folder you like inside aircraft on x-plane 9.21 The password to decompress it is "*******" ok?
With that you cannot fly, you have to copy the other zip I send you here. The most important one. The ACF.

I do all of these because protection of the plane. Sorry for that.

Well.. I Know you are going to share that plane with other moderators of x-plane to test it. Of course I don't like it too much. I would like to ask you not share it with many people, please. If it can be 2 better than 3, it would be nice!

Now, what is included in this release?

1. an obj plane based, with 3d obj cockpit Textures of 2048 resolution

2. full animated pilot outside the plane viewable.

3. Real HUD. I know there is another plane that is going to release the HUD. It was first to discover how to do it. I asked him, but he didn't wanted to tell me the secret because selling hit. I studied how to do it, and is done. Of course with altimeter, etc... The Hurrican one only has a target circle on the hud.
So if I sell it now, the Javelin will be the first selling it. So maybe more sells

4. Real dinamic Strobe light. You can see your strobe flash on the fuselage of the plane. This is the first to do it. The people is starting to study how.. and there is an helicopter that discovered the trick. But still the first plane.

5. 10 liveries. Yes.. 10, of several countries. UK, USA, Italy, Spain, France, Germany.. plus other paints. (just the png paints.. no more than the necesary to make them work)

6. 46 pages of manual, and avionics tutorial, in PDF

7. Custom sounds

8. Livery templates, for any photoshop.. and something never seen before a 3D CS4 Photoshop PSD for painting in 3D included!!!

9. Config files made for PilotView, to a correct view inside the cockpit (limitations for the TrackIR not letting your head go outside the cockpit) and also close instruments view for a better click-able switches.

So.. what I want from all of this. My idea is to sell it for 20-25$. I think 20 is ok, because I want to earn 15$ per each plane sold (your earn 5$) if I am going to earn less than 15$ I want to sell it by 25$.

I want to continue having the rights of the plane to sell it in other places. Of course I am going to make publicity on forums.. in french, german, japan, calling to visit the org site to buy it.. but I want to have totally control over the sellings on Spain and hispanic language countries...where I will sell it by the same price as the org one.... and rights in a future. I don't like to loose that rights.

I would like to have publicity and banners on the org. I know you put publicity.. but the only big one it was about the P-51, In all forum messages. Of course.. this would be nice.. but this is your choice. I think the plane is very good and can sell a good number. The only problem is publicity. Let the people now it. I can earn more money and you also for it.

You told me that to sell this plane for 20$ had to be great. I think is one of the best planes ever seen on x-plane.. Of course it will have mistakes.. and bugs.. and.. etc.. but It's all made with love.. hardly betatested, and will continue to have upgrades for sure.

Well.. . if you are interested in this.. we'll talk about it and have instructions. I want to sell it before christmas. I think the files I send you are ready to be sold. If you think you don't want to sell it, please don't make copies to other people and destroy the files.. and all the others you copy to.

This is a good product. For sure.

como se puede ver aquí jamás hable de 10$. No obtengo ni unas míseras gracias por el envio.. El tio no contesta.. y un día depues nervioso por saber su contestación al final del día le escribo:

This is the final comercial one. As you now (I've been working on game industry for 11 years) a product is never finish. Now is ready to be sold. There has been a beta testing and I solve all the problems. Still we are testing it.. and as soon as the product is online.. and there are changes, I'll start to call it 1.1, 1.2 etc...
If everything is ok, I will make more leveries, Have to translate the doc to spanish, and sure correct the english one.
But is finish. The problem with the panel is easy. If you install the pilotview, there are pre-view points, were you can see very close the instruments... so is no problem. But allways there was that problem on X-plane for sure. Also if you use the TrackIr, always you can be closer to the instruments. The textures are clear.. but is the way x-plane draws them.

You have seen that the file are very huge. 130 mg is very large for downloading. So the plane can be split in different parts. The main plane with the default texture. 40-60mg... and other file for free downdoading with the liveries, the documentation, the template, and misc files. And in the future the CLSs etc...
or the way you like it.

Dos días después, veo la noticia en el .org. Anuncian el hurrican.. y dentro de poco el atg javelin de javier (mio) y el mu-2 de Tom Tkiller (o como se escriba). Luego hablando con Tom me dijo que el no iba a poner su avión en el ORG. Que quiere desligarse de ellos y hacer material con menos look al shareware que hace mucho daño para subir los precios y ganar dinero como en el fsx. Sorry.. pero es que comemos de esto!!)
El me escribe con ese entusiasmo desgarrador!!!

Ahi se termina el show.. Luego publico mi avión Y le escrito un mensaje privado en el org diciéndole uqe como le dije en uno de los mails (arriba) "I want to continue having the rights of the selling of the plane in other places" que lo publicaba en mi web.. y que no creía que fuera un handicap para el. De echo había dos en el topic.. que decían que preferían comprarlo en el org.
El me contestó.. con un mensaje que borré de lo nervioso que estaba... y que decía más o menos

"esto no es lo que habíamos hablado. Dijimos que lo vendiamos por 10$ y que mi equipo lo ibamos a testear este finde semana y tomaríamos una decisión. La decisión ya está tomada"

Total que le escribí diciéndole que me sorprendía.. que jamás habíamos concretado ningun precio.. que jamás le di permiso para poner la noticia en el org.. aunque fuera mi intención (que me callé.. y no puse nada por uqe en definitiva era lo uqe quería).
Puse un post en el del javelin. diciendo que no se iba a vender en el org. Estaba muy cabreado pero me mordí la lengua. Solo puse que finalmente no llegamos a un acuerdo y que si se quería se podría comprar o en mi página o en fs-center o wilco que la publicaría quizá esta semana.. pero que como podría pasar cualquier cosa, visto lo visto que la única uqe lo ofrecía por ahroa era mi página.

Nicolas borró ese mensaje y me mandó este mesnaje privado:

Como el chaval tenía razón ya que eran sus reglas.. me mordí la lengua y continue vendiendo mi producto en mi página.. y solo puse otra vez que no se vendería en el org.. y que buscasen en mi página más datos.

Bueno.. pues cabreado con semejante actitud les mandé el mail que puse antes... Cordial.... y punto.. sin descalificar. No contestaron y lo unico que hicieron fue borrar el post.

Ahora alguno dirá que tranquilo y que pase página. Yo ya paso... pero francamente si vais ahí estais apoyando a ese tio. Ahora quitaré la documentación.. y el gracias a la gente del org. Por supuesto.

Vaya, que peliculón. Decir la palabra "increíble" es poco. Desde luego has tenido "mala pata" en el org. Entre esto y lo de la Texan.
Son así de espléndidos, sin más explicaciones que dar.
Pues es un asunto de entendimiento, según él 10 $ y tú 20 $.
No sé es todo muy precipitado, haberle dejado un poco más de tiempo, no hubiera pasado nada esperar una semana más. Que sí, que está dispuesto a venderlo a ese precio, pues adelante. Que no, que no quiere pues coges tus cosas y a otro sitio que no es el único. Creo que él ha visto que ibas por tu cuenta y esto le ha molestado mucho.

Bueno si os fijais todos los que venden a través del org SOLO venden en el org (al menos, no se de ninguno que lo haga en otro sitio también). Quizás estaba mal acostumbrado.

Tiene que entender que el org es una tienda más. Cada uno elije donde lo compra.

Yo francamente no lo dejo estar. Me parece que es de los pisotones más grandes que me han dado en mi vida. Entiendo que la gente desde fuera se lo pueda tomar con calma.. pero estos tios (supongo que Nicolas) se han burlado de mi.
No sirve de mucho.. pere he mandado un mail a todos los moderadores del org, con los mails entre nicolas y yo. Para que sepan que tipo de persona es.

Por supuesto que me encantaría que protestarais.. pero esto se olvida ya... y a otra cosa mariposa.. que cada uno tiene sus problemas. Yo solo digo que una comunidad la debe hacer sus integrantes no sus moderadores. Los moderadores están para poner orden. Creo que en este caso se han pasado y mucho.

Yo hubiera esperado lo que hubiera hecho falta. Le pregunté que que tal le había parecido, impaciente. claro!! pero desde luego yo no fuí el impaciente que puso la noticia y metio la gamba hasta el fondo (a ver uqe le hacen a Tom cuando se entere que no publica en el org. juas!!). Y yo no fuí quien dijo que 10$.

Jamás vendería el Javelin a 10$ JUAS!!! Y ELLOS SE QUEDAN EL 25% y cuanto me queda a mi? Huh?

? la leche!! Ese tio es un mafioso.
