Descenso importante en los frames de SpainUhd version 2
Buenas tardes amigos, tengo instalados los escenarios de España e islas de ortho4xp, pero siempre a habido una cosa que no me ha gustado nada y es que en dichas fotografías muchas veces se cuelan las nubes que en ese momento había en el cielo y para mi gusto queda un poco raro ver esas manchas blancas en el suelo, por ello me descargué las de spainuhd que creo que ese detalle lo han tenido en cuenta y no salen las dichosas nubes, pero cual ha sido mi sorpresa cuando he comprobado que en la versión 2 de este escenario el zoom es de 17 y no de 16 como creo que eran antes y al probarlo he comprado que me han descendido los frames a un nivel crítico (8, 9 y 10 fps) teniendo en cuenta el equipo que tengo, que creo que no es para nada malo, no entiendo porque me ha penalizado tanto, esto me ha llevado a entrar aquí para preguntaros si sabéis si aún existen los escenarios de spainuhd anteriores que creo que eran de zoom 16 para descargarlos y guardarlos como oro en paño.

si el problema como tu crees es el zoomlevel de spain uhd(lo cual dudo ya que si no recuerdo mal la primera versión era zl 17 también)prueba a reducir un par de puntos el parámetro de resolución de texturas en el menú de settings,si no recuperas los fps perdidos tienes que buscar otro culpable.
con tu equipo no deberías tener ese tipo de problemas,me suena mas tema de escenarios duplicados,asegurate de que has eliminado los overlay del ortho4xp,por ejemplo.

Exacto, SpainUHD siempre ha sido z17, pero en la v2 además se redució ligeramente el uso de VRAM respecto a la v1 debido a texturas compartidas en las líneas de costa, pero con las texturas un punto por debajo del máximo (texturas sin compresión) puedo asegurarte que no llega a 4GB.
Aún si fuera por usar texturas sin compresión (máximo) dada tu combinación de 8GB de VRAM + 32GB de RAM como mucho sufrirías micropausas por el intercambio de memoria, pero en ningún caso una reducción sistemática de FPS, y menos con tu equipo.

Bueno, en primer lugar muchas gracias por la ayuda guapetones, sois fantásticos, he quitado algunas cosillas que creo que podrían haber creado algún tipo de conflicto con los escenarios de spainuhd, he bajado las texturas de alta a media y he bajado también un puntito el escenario dinámico, si bien es verdad que me han subido a unos 16 fps de media más o menos creo que para el pedazo de tarjeta gráfica que tiene el equipo es bastante poco, no obstante quiero ser conformista y aguantarme con esta mejora, por lo menos ya no es algo trágico y se puede volar así de una manera mas o menos digna, y de camino no molesto más.

Sigues teniendo una tasa de FPS demasiado baja. SpainUHD fué desarrollado con un I7 920 OC @ 4.0GHZ, GTX670 4GB y 18GB RAM 1.8Ghz / triple canal) - un equipo de hace 8 años, vamos. 45 fps estables con opciones moderadamente altas y XP11.30b7,
sin addons
(de los que obviamente no me puedo responsabilizar). De obtener una tasa de FPS cómo la tuya con mi viejuno equipo, SpainUHD jamás hubiera visto la luz.
Algo mas debes tener...

Entiendo..., una pregunta, cuanto hablas de esa tasa de frames te refieres con el escenario dinámico activado?? o por el contrario es recomendable tenerlo desactivado.

Vale Luis Ángel ya he leído el tema que me has facilitado pero no encuentro ninguna similitud ni con mi equipo ni con los addons que tengo instalados, no obstante he mirado bien la carpeta custom scenery y veo que tengo muchas librerías instaladas tanto de aeropuertos como de mejoras añadidas a los escenarios, pero aunque me veáis que soy un poco tozudo sigo diciendo que creo que tengo equipo de sobra para poder mover sin dificultad lo que tengo instalado, estoy empezando a pensar en desinstalar todo y volverlo a instalar, no se que os parece, debe de ser un currazo pero es posible que sea lo mejor.

Hola, a primera vista:
- No es un problema de SpainUHDv2.
- Tienes mal colocados los escenarios.
Elimina o borra
el
scenery_packs.ini
y reinicia el simulador.
- ¿Tienes actualizado el simul a la versión
11.26
ó la
11.30 b7
?, si no es el caso, actualiza.

Tu PC y gráfica son excelentes
y superiores a los míos.
- Tengo 420
escenarios+addons
instalados y si vistes las imágenes del
link post #7
, configurado casi todo a tope y los fps (esquina superior izquierda) de esas imágenes es bastante bueno.
- Si quieres más arboles te recomiendo quitar
zzz_Treelines_Farms_Europe_v2
(XP10) y poner
Realist_Forest_Mod_v1.1
(XP11).
- Si tienes
Openscenryx
actualizado puedes eliminar
RE_Library
, así como también
world-models-0.8.0
.
- No tienes que desmontar nada, solo tener los escenarios bien ordenados.
Nota:
Si haciendo todo lo mencionado te siguen bajos los fps, revisa el PC (ventiladores, etc. etc.), y si decides tirarlo a la basura, dime donde para ir a recogerlo

Si, en ese INI hay estructuras incorrectas.
Y como dicen los compañeros, el problema tiene que venir de otro lado.
Puedes probar a mover todos los escenarios a otra carpeta (fuera de Custom Sccenery) y probar a volar de nuevo. Si los frames suben, es que el problema lo tienes en otro lado.
